Take 1/2 cup of regular oatmeal (not instant) and add 1/2 cup water ad stir until moistened.
Take 1/2 cup of regular oatmeal and add 1/2 cup water and sprinkle DeerZyme mineral on top and stir until moistened.
Let both stand for 15 - 20 minutes.
You will find that after that period of time that the oatmeal with the water is still very course and grainy and would be hard to digest.
